Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Officine Digitali Riunite ("we", "us") handles data when our publishing application connects to third-party platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. The application is a publishing tool used by our music channels (for example "LoFi Express") to upload our own original videos to accounts we own.

1. Who is responsible

2. Data we receive from TikTok

When an account owner connects a TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit and gives consent, we receive only the data allowed by the scopes they approve:

• user.info.basic: open ID, display name and avatar, used to show which account is connected and to show the creator's nickname before posting.
• user.info.stats and video.list: follower count and the list of the account's own videos with their public counts (views, likes, comments, shares), used only to build internal performance reports for that same account.
• video.upload and video.publish: used only to upload or publish videos that the account owner has explicitly approved in our application.
• Access and refresh tokens issued by TikTok.

We do not collect data about other TikTok users, viewers or followers, we do not read private messages, and we do not use TikTok data for advertising or profiling.

3. How we use it

• To publish our own videos to our own TikTok account, only after a person approves each post.
• To show the connected account, the creator's nickname and the posting options required by TikTok.
• To show the account owner simple statistics about their own videos.

4. Storage and security

The application runs on a computer controlled by us. Access and refresh tokens are stored in the operating system's encrypted keychain (macOS Keychain) and never in plain files or logs. Statistics are stored in a local database on the same computer. Data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties.

5. Retention and deletion

Statistics are kept as long as the account stays connected, to compare performance over time. When an account is disconnected, its tokens are deleted from the keychain and its statistics can be deleted on request. You can revoke our access at any time from TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions. To ask for deletion of any data, write to the contact above; we answer within 30 days.

6. Other platforms

For YouTube we use the YouTube API Services; see the Google Privacy Policy. For Facebook and Instagram we use the Meta Graph API under the Meta Privacy Policy. For Pinterest we use the Pinterest API under the Pinterest Privacy Policy. TikTok data is handled under the TikTok Privacy Policy as well as this policy.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Union you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and you can complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
