Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the publishing application of Officine Digitali Riunite ("the Service"). The Service lets the owner of a channel prepare, review and publish their own original music videos to platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.

1. Who can use the Service

The Service is operated by Officine Digitali Riunite (owner: Giacomo Brero, Italy) and used for the accounts of our own music channels. Contact: info@officinedigitaliriunite.it.

2. Connecting third-party accounts

To publish, you connect your account on each platform through that platform's official login and consent screen. You can disconnect at any time from the platform's settings. Your use of each platform remains subject to its own terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Music Usage Confirmation, the TikTok Branded Content Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service.

3. Publishing

• Nothing is published automatically: every post is shown with a preview and must be approved by a person.
• Before posting to TikTok, the Service shows the connected account's nickname, lets you choose who can view the video, whether comments, Duet and Stitch are allowed, and whether the video is promotional content, as TikTok requires.
• You are responsible for the content you publish. You must own or have the rights to all music and images. Our videos use original music and images we created, labelled as AI-generated where the platform asks for it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, spam, or that breaks the rules of the destination platform.

5. Data

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for interruptions or changes of third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory law.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top. These terms are governed by Italian law.
